Job Description
工作内容及要求:
参与Group IFRS17和CNGAAP IFRS17项目,理解保险和精算需求,提出系统解决方案,并完成相关需求分析文档,包含对数据流、数据库表和字段的设计,并提供具体的实现逻辑,协助开发理解用户需求。
管理并审核需求上线前的用户测试工作,统筹测试计划,配合处理测试中的问题。
记录应用系统数据提取过程和逻辑,与用户紧密合作,记录数据模型需求和报告需求。
根据用户需求或报表需求,提供并处理系统原始数据,完成报表出具整合、解释数据含义。
分析数据修改类需求,协助准备数据修改方案、脚本和测试报告等文档。
实施并指导用户进行日常维护、数据接入核对、报表出具,编写、更新系统操作手册及文档,确保生产的稳定性。
遵循应用系统变更流程,协助IT实施变更发布。
确保作业流程和规范符合公司合规、审计、风控要求。
知识/技能/学历
本科及以上学历,3年及以上数据类系统分析经验,1年及以上保险行业经验。
熟悉保险业务知识,了解IFRS17、精算或财务更佳。
具有较强的逻辑分析能力和较好的沟通能力。
能熟练使用SQL排查问题,完成数据修改,提数等工作。
具备良好的客户服务意识及积极的工作态度,能承受较大的工作压力。
具备良好的团队协作精神。
具备基本的英语沟通能力。
