Job Description

工作内容及要求：

1. 参与Group IFRS17和CNGAAP IFRS17项目，理解保险和精算需求，提出系统解决方案，并完成相关需求分析文档，包含对数据流、数据库表和字段的设计，并提供具体的实现逻辑，协助开发理解用户需求。

2. 管理并审核需求上线前的用户测试工作，统筹测试计划，配合处理测试中的问题。

3. 记录应用系统数据提取过程和逻辑，与用户紧密合作，记录数据模型需求和报告需求。

4. 根据用户需求或报表需求，提供并处理系统原始数据，完成报表出具整合、解释数据含义。

5. 分析数据修改类需求，协助准备数据修改方案、脚本和测试报告等文档。

6. 实施并指导用户进行日常维护、数据接入核对、报表出具，编写、更新系统操作手册及文档，确保生产的稳定性。

7. 遵循应用系统变更流程，协助IT实施变更发布。

8. 确保作业流程和规范符合公司合规、审计、风控要求。

知识/技能/学历

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上数据类系统分析经验，1年及以上保险行业经验。

2. 熟悉保险业务知识，了解IFRS17、精算或财务更佳。

3. 具有较强的逻辑分析能力和较好的沟通能力。

4. 能熟练使用SQL排查问题，完成数据修改，提数等工作。

5. 具备良好的客户服务意识及积极的工作态度，能承受较大的工作压力。

6. 具备良好的团队协作精神。

7. 具备基本的英语沟通能力。
