Philips Assistant Commercial Operation and Planning Manager in Shanghai, China
Your Role and Responsibility:
Planning:
Be responsible for planning and executing for SIOP process/deployment ride on F2P, working closely with the supply chain, MM, and Sales team for facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan (AOP/RoFo/LV) by RBU and Channel.
Cooperate with RBU/BCC for the product launch plan to ensure smooth phase in/out.
Support to develop tools and programs to facilitate delivery of sales objectives.
Operation:
Lead operation excellence to optimize business process. Drive IPS/listing, improve PSI data accuracy.
Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages by model mix in order to meeting market needs and reduce aging stock.
Business support on BCC/BMC opportunity development. Tracking and Analysis: Tracking RBU/BCC business progress/status by closely collaborate with RBU/ sales/TSM, provide in time reports & sales analysis with deeper insight.
You will be a good fit if:
a) Education: University level with bachelor/ master's degree
b) Experience: At least 3-5 Years of experience in a similar position; comparable role with advanced level of commercial planning and business management experience in multinational environment
c) Competency and Skills:
Solid experience and deep understanding on both online and offline business operation
Sharp sense of interpreting figures and strong capability& skills of data analysis
Balance between result and process, accountability to facilitate decision making for BMC leader
Ability to leverage resource in the organization with x-function teams
Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process
Strong communication skills
Fluent English on reading and writing
