Monitor building system operations and performance through 24*7 shift work
Monitor critical facility system operations and performance through 24*7 shift work
Ensure BMS logbooks, and the issue reporting is updated and on timely manner.
Respond emergency with immediate notification to site team.
Strictly follow BMS operating process and procedure for routine operation and emergency operation.
Work with the onsite BMS team and suppliers to ensure the ongoing operation, maintenance and repair of the BMS, and the functionality of all site BMS alarms and notifications.
Adjust setpoint within the control range during off time in terms of operating procedure.
Instructed by BMS engineer and work with engineering team to adjust setpoint out of control range or change control logic, and make sure the setting adjustment or logic changes recorded on BMS logbook.
Support general preventive maintenance and corrective reactive works to buildinginfrastructure/plant, equipment and respond to site engineering emergencies
Offer any observation and feedback on the improvement of BMS system, facility system or management system.
· High school/technology schoolabove education with HVAC and BMS related
· Minimum 3-year BMS-related working experience onHoneywell/JCI or Siemens systems
· Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
