The China Global Selling team aim to deliver this vision by identifying quality China Selling Partners, bring their product selection to Amazon’s global marketplaces, and drive them to be success. The team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. We obsess over providing world class support to Selling Partners selling on the Amazon. We strive to predict the Selling Partners’ needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our Selling Partners better serve their customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the delivery of timely business operations and high quality work products.

• Collaborate with business teams to identify issues, manage key business operations processes, set priorities, provide systematic solutions, and drive execution excellence.

• Leverage Amazon approved data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com to manage and optimize sales opportunity.

• Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements.

• Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other analytical tools to maximize productivity.

• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

• Communicate effectively and clearly on issues identified, in professional written or verbal manner

• Liaise with other departments such as Selling Partner Support, Merchant Investigations, or Global teams as required to resolve Selling Partners’ issues and questions.

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, show excellent judgment, be passionate about high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo), deliver innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, program management, data analysis, or other related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with professional experience with Excel/SQL; ability to handle data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop tools, and evaluate outcomes.

• Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.

• Technical (Internet & AI) savvy is required.

• Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.

• Excellent time management skill with a high degree of flexibility, able to work independently for multitask with good prioritization.

• Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of variable workflow.

• Demonstrate effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.

• Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese verbal and written communication.

• Strong ownership and possess a solid “can-do” attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Business acumen in areas of relevant fields.

• Experience with the development and implementation of systems/tool utilized for CRM, reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc.

• Experience in strategy planning, consulting or marketing.

• Data analysis experience (one of SQL/Python/R skill).

• Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes.

• Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
