Job Responsibility:

-Design and optimize C&B policies, procedures, specifications and standards for Human Pharma BU under the instruction of Head of C&B, Global Mobility ROPU TCM.

-Model and analyze C&B data and financial to identify insights and trends then propose recommendations to people managers.

-Ensure market intelligence and competitiveness is included in designing and optimization by identifying market trends and creating new practices to retain, engage and motivate employees.

-Implement and steer ROPU TCM C&B solutions to ensure global standards are adherent with local parameters (local tax law, local labor law, social security etc.)

-Manage and steer ROPU TCM C&B and Global Mobility processes (i.e. market survey, salary structure, CP, SMP, SEP, etc.) implemented following global standards and guideline, as well as local

laws and regulations.

-Enhance job architecture and conduct job evaluations.

-Manage cost and monitor KPI associated in terms of C&B and Global Mobility programs to align with the organization’s objectives, culture, and C&B philosophy.

Job Requirement:

-Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree with focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics

-Language skills & proficiency: Fluent written & spoken English and Mandarin are essential.

-5+ years solid C&B and Global Mobility experience in a multinational environment.

-Very high degree of data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving skills

-Excellent collaboration and communication skills

-Able to take initiative and effective at prioritizing multiple
