Who will you be working with?

You will work with our Engineering team based in Germany, providing best technology to the customer to ensure longest life time of the system itself and especially for the cables used here.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for Design and development of electrical controls for cable reel applications.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Automation or related field.

  • At least 3 years working experience with the design of electrical systems, experience in Port & Crane industry is a plus

  • Proficient in ECAD (preferably EPLAN P8/ EPLAN ProPanel)

  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Independent, service-oriented way of working

  • High team ability

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to travel at home and abroad

What will your typical day look like?

  • Development and design of electrical control systems (Siemens, ABB, etc.)in cross-domain project teams

  • Examination of customer requirements with regard to technical feasibility

  • Creation of circuit diagrams (EPLAN P8) and production documents

  • Creation of project-specific (customer) documents and test documents

  • Creation and descriptions of technical interfaces

  • Application-specific (cross-domain) analysis of systems and risk assessments

  • Active support of international customers during all project phases (clarification of requirements and offers up to support during maintenance and odernization)

  • Support of product tests

  • Design, construction and application of test benches
