Description and Requirements

Building on the success of our Finance Transformation initiatives, we are now seeking to enhance our Finance Order to Cash (O2C) function areas by recruiting a skilled Finance O2C Digital Transformation Specialist. The Lenovo Finance Digital Transformation Team offers an excellent opportunity for professional advancement within a forward-thinking and victorious team environment.

Responsibilities for Finance O2C Digital Transformation Specialist:

  • Innovate and manage the digital transformation of our O2C processes, aligning project management activities from initiation to deployment, including system integrations, testing, training, and support.

  • Lead the digitization of the O2C cycle, ensuring streamlined operations from invoicing to cash collection, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and financial efficiency.

  • Organize regular strategic meetings and report on the O2C transformation journey, collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT departments to align O2C strategies with business objectives.

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and financial institutions to improve the O2C process and digital transaction capabilities.

Qualifications for Finance O2C Digital Transformation Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field.

  • Robust experience in finance management, particularly within O2C operations, including invoice and payment management, cash collection, customer credit assessment, and dispute resolution.

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial legislation and best practices as they apply to the O2C process.

  • Familiarity with financial market dynamics and the impact on O2C functions.

  • A record of participation in financial transformation projects, preferably within an O2C context or similar financial service environment.

  • Profound knowledge of digital finance technologies, including process mining, big data analytics,, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

  • Competence in using SAP ERP Suite and O2C-related financial management software such as sel-dev system.

  • High accuracy in financial calculations and data management.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to oversee both broad and intricate aspects of the O2C cycle.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the capacity to make strategic business decisions.
