Job Description

1. 山姆、Costco & 麦德龙大客户谈判、计划、费用和管理

2. 主导KA销售计划和年度客户业务目标规划-跟踪大客户的TS和业绩，并制定相应的解决方案-主导贸易条款的谈判、建立和管理-通过与CS&L的沟通，跟踪并确保客户在零售店的客户服务水平和订单的持续履行

3.品类管理-负责制定品类管理计划，提高销售业绩-领导每个品类的业绩评估，并制定相应的解决方案-协调客户和销售团队执行品类管理活动

4.销售团队沟通与各销售团队沟通销售目标，预算和KA活动，确保清晰及时的沟通为各个KA销售团队提供KA管理方面的指导/工具

1. 5年以上快速消费品行业经验

2. 结果导向，并愿意承担挑战

3. 主人翁意识

4. NKA客户管理经验，山姆 沃尔玛，麦德龙系统优先

5. 在职业规划及商业洞察上具有成长意识
