You will make an impact by...

• Provide advice and influence business functions utilizing channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI updates. Including dealer contracting & authorization, Salesforce dealer data maintenance and dealer KPI & rebate calculation.

• Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with the accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables

•Improve channel inventory visibility

•Responsible for channel sales analysis, planning and forecasting.

•Interpret sales channel reports and data analytics to make recommendations (e.g., channel inventory MOI reporting, publish and dealer Inventory auditing and reconciliation)

• Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills including driving culture changes and providing knowledge transfer team members

• Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive process improvements including removing roadblocks

• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required)

-Bachelor's Degree in in related field related experience Required

-Experience working with leading delivery distributor and contract service provider Preferred

Experience with channel inventory management and 3rd party auditing vendor management

-At least 8 years of experience preferred in the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry, with at least 3 years of direct experience in a dealer management role.

• Proven successful project management leadership skills

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems including strong Excel/Access competency and superb abilities of data analysis

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

• Extensive understanding of assigned function operations and channel operations while defining team operating standards and ensuring essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

• Extensive knowledge in medical device or pharmaceutical industry business model

• Extensive knowledge in in-market sales tracking and channel inventory management

• Knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to assigned functions operations

• Demonstrated skill set to manage assigned team and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations

• Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of channel operations to the business

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

• Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
