Philips MR Service Marketing Leader in Shanghai, China

Your role:

  • Providing future service needs and market opportunities with quantified data

  • Identifying and evaluating local for local products and propose additions to product portfolio for approval by global BU

  • Providing an annual tactical marketing plan

  • Providing customer feedback on existing products on a quarterly basis

  • Analyzing competitive strategies and provide feedback to the BG / BU

  • Managing the New Product Introduction and determine local product portfolio and pricing

  • Developing and implement marketing strategies and plans including BU specific promotional activities and other marketing investment

  • Building a network with professional associations and luminaries

  • Deploying product pricing and positioning

  • Providing flexible and competitive service solutions to primary care clients

  • Preparing marketing materials, planning and implementing marketing activities

  • Communicating with Philips headquarters

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree and>10 years of industry experience

  • Experience in service business model, deeply enable service sales team.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally

  • Ability to build strong relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external parties including executive leadership, partners and key opinion leaders

  • Fluent spoken English, smooth communication with colleagues in Philips headquarters
