The plant Finance Controller, China is responsible for preparing accurate internal and external reporting packages in compliance with China Accounting rule and US GAAP. He or she needs to lead monthly financial reporting, Statistics and Quarterly schedules on the Corporate required dates and take charge of standardizing, documenting and executing financial policies, procedures and controls in accordance with corporate guidelines, and in compliance with local regulations, implement and continuously improve internal controls that ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets. In addition, the finance controller should also provide leadership to continuously improve working capital for the company, drive the action taken place on productivity and profitability optimization.
