Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for leading program development of IoT solution in elevator,

• Lead a project team to develop a new IoT product to fulfill new equipment and service requirements.

• Manage a cross functional team from different departments/countries.

• Manage Program Schedule, Product Cost and Budget in line with agreed targets.

• Has IoT / digital technical background. Understand hardware and software development processes.

Requirement:

• Experienced in leading program of IoT/digital solutions, covering hardware and software (embedded / Cloud / Application) program working experience.

• Experienced in building one or more specific IoT or similar industry solutions, i.e., manufacturing, smart utilities, smart cities, industrial IoT.

• Familiar with agile / Scrum program management method.

• Self-responsible and structured working method, high degree of customer orientation and innovative & entrepreneurial way of thinking.

• Excellent skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional colleagues.

• PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certificate is preferred.

• Communicate effectively with Sr. Management.

Basic Accountabilities:

• Develop agile and cost effective IoT project based on review of current client/customer needs, marketing requirements.

• Reach out to various stakeholders to ensure adherence to all requirements regarding technical maturity, cost efficiency and support capability.

• Establish project plans and resource allocation.

• Present goal and objective to team members and lead them to achieve the target.

• Problem-solving and conflict management ability.

• Maintain horizontal/vertical communication smoothly.

• Manage resources, schedule and program risks to ensure on-time completion of programs.

• Stay updated about the latest developments in IoT and associated technologies.

Education & Experience

• 3 years’ experience building IoT Solution Architecture and developing projects for a large-scale enterprise-wide solution.

• Working experience in global company is preferred.

Language:

• Good in written and spoken English.

Other Key Competencies:

• Creative and open mind, work hard and energetic, good teamwork ethic.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Product Development work at global company.
