About the job

Main responsiblities:

  • Collaborate with CSO to manage NKA,Developing and maintaining relationships with NKA Retailers.

  • Creating an annual Joint Business Plan and completing annual agreement negotiations.

  • Understanding market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive conditions.

  • Plan, organize, and manage product/brand promotion work based on market activity requirements and brand strategy development

  • Timely provide feedback to the company on market changes, specific situations of competitors and customers, and propose rationalization suggestions

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Having experience in retail drug OTC sales or rich experience in consumer health products

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Preferred:

  • National Key Account management experience.

  • Project management experience.

  • Fluent English
