Amazon Lead of Account Management, Global Selling in Shenzhen, China

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses expand business and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon is growing its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, and we are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven leader to build and develop a strong team of Account Managers (AM) to support China-based Sellers who enroll in Amazon Paid Services to maximize their presence and business in Amazon WW marketplace. This role will collaborate with Seller recruitment team, product team and destination marketplace team to manage enrolled Sellers’ end-to-end journey on Amazon and grow Sellers’ businesses globally.

Key job responsibilities

• Hire and develop a talented AM team.

• Lead the AM team to work with Sellers who enroll in Amazon paid services to expand their product selections to Amazon and improve their product and shopping experience in order to delight our WW consumers and grow Sellers’ business with profit.

• Simplify existing working processes and invent new working mechanisms to improve team productivity and efficiency.

• Support Seller recruitment team on prospects targeting and program enrollment.

• Generate high-quality Seller insight to influence Amazon WW product roadmap and policy/process change to improve experience for both consumers and Sellers.

• Drive WW alignment on category development plan, partner with WW marketplace team on new feature/program pilot and develop best practice to scale the impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.

  • 10+ years relevant experience in the sales / business development /account management, with a proven track record of constantly delivering great results.

  • More than 5 years of people management experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools).

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Ability of managing complex projects and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Customer-obsessed and learn fast; think big and do small; insist on high standard and fun to work with.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related working experience in e-commerce/FMCG/consulting industry.

  • Oversea work experience.

  • MBA preferred.
