Job Summary:

We need a service engineer to support current business to deliver the high-quality service to our customers, to solve and maintenance Fisher products issues requested by customer, the service engineer can diagnosis, analysis, and repair for problem units in customer site, provide technical support to meet customers' expectations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • A, Solving and maintenance Fisher products issues requested by customer.

  • B, Providing on-site service promptly.

  • C, Diagnosis, analysis, repair the problem units in factory or customer site.

  • D, Complete other job assigned by service manager.

  • F, Assisting and supporting Fisher Sales to sell the MRO.

  • G, Support customer valves capital management.

  • H, Provide the valves repair technical action with SWD.

  • I, Provide the other duty assigned by department manager.

Who You Are:

You will promote high service support to goals and filed service, quickly and significantly take action in constantly good service, unexpected situations, provide high quality service to customers. Engage with local business partner and end users to drive life cycle service business. Respond customer's questions quickly and accurately, provide the technical support and trouble shooting. Work on Emerson final control products' problem solving.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A, Bachelor or above major in Electric automatization & Instrument, mechanical engineering, material science etc.

  • B, Over 3 years related working experiences in field service area, instrument & mechanical equipment etc.

  • C, Especially the experience of calibration and maintenance control valve is preferred.

  • D, CET 4 or above.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • A, Good both in spoken and written English is preferred.

  • B, Good communication skill.

  • C, Problem solving Savvy.

  • D, Customer focus.

  • E, Team-work Savvy.

  • F, Problem solving skill.
