主な業務内容

玄関およびロビーエリア等におけるゲスト対応全般に加え、チームを統括するリーダーとして、新人教育、スタッフへの指示出しなどを主に担当いただきます

応募資格

学歴不問（ホテル関係の専門学校卒業が望ましい）

コミュニケーション力および顧客サービススキルのある方

熱心且つ意欲的な姿勢で取り組んでいただける方

日常会話程度以上の英語および日本語スキル（読み書き、会話）をお持ちの方

様々なバックグラウンドを持つチームメンバーの特徴を理解し、各々の成長をサポートできるリーダーシップのある方

実務経験者（3年程度以上）
