業務内容

フロントオフィスにおける接客、チェックイン・チェックアウト

ゲスト情報登録、ゲストサービス、コンシェルジュサービス、電話サービスなども含む

フロントチームの指導・監督、トレーニング遂行、など

応募資格

学歴不問（ホテル関係の専門学校卒業が望ましい）

日本語：読み書き、会話ともにビジネスレベルが望ましい

英語：読み書き、会話ともにビジネスレベルが望ましい

5年程度以上の実務経験

Opera使用経験者歓迎
