Basic purpose of the job

医師ならびにメディカルスタッフに対するサポートを提供することで、治療介入ならびに服薬アドヒアランスを中心に、間質性肺疾患（ILD）患者のペイシェントジャーニーの向上を目指す。

Accountabilities

ICP(Integrated Customer Plan/ブランドプラン)の推進

-コールセンター/アプリの医師ならびにコメディカルスタッフへの紹介を通じたペイシェントジャーニーの向上

-患者と医師/コメディカルスタッフの対話の間接的サポート(多職種連携の推進）

Related performance indicators

-各種コールセンターを医師/コメディカルに紹介することによる使用促進（KPI:各コールセンターへの患者からの入電数）

ーアプリを関連顧客に紹介することによる使用促進（KPI：顧客によるアプリ使用数）

医師ならびにコメディカルから得られたインサイトを関連部署に共有
