Position Title: Academic Associate Director

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Singapore

Reporting To: Partner Liaison and Operations Director- Asia

Travel Requirement: 25% – 30% per annum

The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of global education as our Academic Associate Director. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the academic quality of partner programmes, overseeing curriculum development, and aligning offerings with university standards. This role entails collaborating with stakeholders to implement academic policies and procedures, ensuring seamless programme delivery and compliance with regulations. This role is one of three new senior positions supporting global business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in academic expertise and programme quality.

  • Foster and maintain strong partnership relationships.

  • Support operational excellence in establishing and managing partnerships.

  • Manage academic programme quality and compliance.

  • Facilitate smooth academic processes with partners.

  • Manage quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build effective internal and external relationships.

  • Present academic content effectively and ensure compliance with standards.

    Your Experience and Skills:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration or similar, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of academic requirements in the UK and partner countries, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with progression universities.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing academic programmes and curriculum, preferably in international or pathway education.

  • Proven track record in building and maintaining partnership relationships at senior management levels.

  • Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Understanding of international perspectives on education.

  • Experience working with international students and partner organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in other languages desirable.
