Job Description Summary

The Business Operations Leader is a key leadership position managing several functions within the Service Operations. He/She will own and drive the day- to-day management relating to Operations Support Center (OSC), Service OTR, and Program Management.

The position holder defines, manages, and coordinates strategies, frameworks, and processes to standardize, optimize or simplify the operations for profitable growth.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead x-functional OSC transaction excellence and quality. Own W2W stewardship of IB processes. Work with different function owners such us but not limited to ITO, Commercial, Channel Ops, or Global IB team for complete process alignment.

  • Drive data accuracy (Installed Base, Contracts, Billing) and use of the system.

  • Proactively identify gaps on data and put in place proactive fixes.

  • Define and track KPI to optimize the service delivery of vendor/provider.

  • Develop a reporting structure to provide either daily, monthly, or annual reports of all KPIs & SLA to ensure all countries and related functions are up-to-date of status of operations.

  • Partner with commercial team to align on funnel of ODS opportunities, work closely with factory teams to ensure timely release of orders, collaborate with country teams for on-time delivery of orders to ensure timely & accurate revenue recognition.

  • Define inventory targets and work closely with stakeholder to manage open inventory at minimum level.

  • Identify opportunities or areas of improvement as proactive measure. Partner with key stakeholders including global process owners to define standard processes and drive improvement projects.

  • Act as focal person during reconciliation processes post quarter closing and work with relevant teams to address gaps & remediate identified errors.

  • Continuously conduct or arrange cross-function knowledge training to ensure continuity of operations for all resources.

  • Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Actively participate in regional and global projects to improve GE Healthcare Service Operations performance and margin

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with minimum 10 years of experience in operations or relevant field

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results

  • Ability to adopt changes to systems and processes, including identifying opportunities to simplify to drive productivity in operations.

  • Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual
