TIBCO – we are just scratching the surface.OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our Professional Services team where you will have key accountability for efficient delivery operations for customer projects throughout the South East Asia region. What You'll Do
Your key responsibilities will include:
Work with regions within APJ to schedule effort on delivery engagements. This would involve close interaction with regional delivery leaders, project managers and practice leaders to accurately estimate track effort and revenue for the projects
Maintain predictability in forecasting of effort and revenue. Track leave, missing effort from resources and reschedule in a timely and optimal manner
Resource management and scheduling resources in TIBCO internal systems to ensure revenue and other operational metrics are met
Act as the interface between practice leader and delivery teams during hand off. Ensure smooth transition and resource on-boarding in these projects
Who You Are
3-5 years experience in IT Delivery Operations in South East Asia, preferably with a vendor or SI.Experience tracking and reporting Delivery, Operational and Resource Management metrics (revenue, utilisation, margins, forecasts etc)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Should have an exposure to Project Delivery life-cycle
Good communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across multiple time-zones
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent English language communication skills, verbal and written
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong working relationships.
