JOB SUMMARY

  • Collaborate with team members in handling general ledger bookkeeping and closing the full sets of accounts for multiple legal entities.

  • Handle financial audit for some legal entities.

  • Handle funding accounting – breakeven funds where necessary

  • Support T&E – BOA corporate card & Concur management

  • Handle payroll functions as required by the organization

  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees

  • To assist finance function, daily operations and ensure all accounting records are properly maintained.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders, e.g., auditors, bankers.

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and ensure adjusting journal entries are posted timely.

  • Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities to ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.

  • Handle ad hoc operations issues/projects/assignments as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • A Certified Public Accounting (CPA) title may be necessary.

  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records.

  • Some payroll knowledge is preferred.

  • Experience with accounting software such as Oracle Peoplesoft or similar ERP software suite is preferred

  • Proficient with Excel, technology savvy and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
