We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be hybrid.

Overview

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the overall payroll function and HR operations. You will partner with line supervisors and management to provide proactive feedback, gather information, offer consultation, and support on the said activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer the full outsourced payroll cycle including time management system and payroll reportings. Ensure the payroll policies are in compliance with the Government regulations.

  • Participate and support in payroll / SOX audits.

  • Responsible for full HR operations activities including but not limited to:

  • Employee life cycle processes : Associate onboarding, confirmation, work passes issuance & renewal, associate letters, HR notice board, contract renewal, exit process and etc)

  • Process Optimization : Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR systems/processes as part of the HR Transformation journey.

  • Ensure Data Integrity : Manage associates data and parameters in the HRIS, including the Time Management System (TMS) and ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Attend all inquiries from associates and provide guidance pertaining to HR Operations including HR-at-Gemba. Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, CPF board and IRAS regarding matters related to associates.

  • Administer associate benefits and welfares including but not limited to annual health screening, long service award, cafeteria, company transport, wreath arrangement, get well basket etc.

  • Provide support for HR Operations administration tasks including company events like Associate Recognition Awards Program.

  • Design and manage associates‘ surveys to collect and analyse data.

  • Represent HR Department in ad-hoc committees and cross functional projects

  • Any adhoc projects as and assigned by the HR Manager or Head of HR.

  • Ensure safety during day-to-day operation as well as comply to the regulatory, company Quality and EHS requirement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of payroll experience, or diploma with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience .

  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and related government legislations is a must.

  • Preferably with working experience in MNC manufacturing setup

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and IT-savvy with some analytical skills is preferred.

  • Experience in HRIS and/or C&B will be an added advantage.
