In this role, you have the opportunity to
ContributetotheAsia PacificProcurementfunctionin Philips Health Tech andgainpracticalLogisticsProcurementworkexperiencewhileyoucontributetoourSupply Chainstrategy.Youwillbepartofateamthatsource,attractandengagewithtopsupplierstoworkalongsideourcolleaguesinimprovingpeople’shealthand well-beingwhileadvancingyourlearningexperiencein adynamic, fastpaceandinnovativecompany.Youwillbesupportingtheregionalprocurementteamin end-to-end (E2E)logisticssourcingactivitieswiththegoalofensuringthatweareattractingandselectingthebestsuppliersanddeliveringthebestPhilipsexperiencetoourCustomers. Thiscouldbethroughsomeoftheworkindailyprocurementoperations,processimprovementaswellasstrategicsourcingprojects.
You are responsible for
ManagesmallscaleprojectsintheimplementationofglobalstrategyofSupplierBaseRationalization. Support ontheanalysisorcoordinationforlargescaleprojects
Understandsavingmechanismofeveryopportunitiesimplemented. Onmonthlybasis,provideaccuratereportsonactualsavingsin astructured,efficientandtimelyway
Handlethenegotiationandcontractamendmenttriggeredbyregularcontractrenewal,scopecreep,policychanges, andetc...
Coordinatewithinternalstakeholdersandsupplierstomaintainup-to-datestatusfortheactionsagreedduringAnnual ReviewMeetings
Anyotherprojectsasassignedbythelinemanager
You are a part of
Youwillbepartofaleanandnimbleprocurementteamconsistsofexperiencedlogisticsand Supply Chainprofessionals.Youwillbebasedin Singaporecollaboratingwithbothdomesticsandoverseasteammembers.Youwillhavetheopportunitytoworkwithcross-functionalbusinessteamsatvariouslevelsoftheorganizationforprojectson regional/globalscale.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
CurrentlypursuingabachelordegreepreferablyinLogisticsorBusinessrelatedfields;
ProficientinusingExcel & Word &Powerpoint
FluentinEnglish
Priorprocurementorlogisticsrelatedinternshipexperienceisanadvantage, but not aprerequisite
Problemsolvingskillsiscriticalinthisrole.
