Responsibilities
As an Operations Management Trainee, you will be part of a 12-month development program exposing you to various aspects of Operations and Supply Chain, such as Engineering & Automation, Chemical Processing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Safety.

Qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
You have substantial knowledge and interest in Engineering & Automation, Chemical Processing, and Supply Chain.
You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
You are flexible, adaptable, and willing to relocate to different locations during the program.
You are authorized to work in the United States.
