Philips Solutions Project Manager - Enterprise Diagnostic Imaging in Singapore, Singapore
Job Family Summary:
The Solutions Project Manager – EDI will be Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating solution delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams. The Solutions Project Manager is responsible for managing customer facing projects to implement solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work, to achieve customer-defined success criteria. The Solution Delivery Project Manager leads solution delivery projects from inception to successful transition to support, and is responsible for full, integrated delivery including but not limited to clinical consulting, technical consulting, customer success and education deliverables
You will also be part of the wider ASEAN EDI Professional Services Team and will also have the opportunity to support APAC-wide projects. This person will report directly to EDI Professional Services Manager who is based in Singapore.
This role is an Individual Contributor.
You are responsible for:
Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.
Collects inputs from project team members and sub-plans, such as integration plans, clinical consulting plans, etc., and integrates them into an overarching solution project plan.
Organizes the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes. Includes engaging with procurement for quotes / orders from external suppliers.
Compliance of project management and solution delivery business processes, such as time writing, continuous S&OP, etc.
Using various inputs, including input from project team members to define the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks
Directs project teams and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization. Manages external resources (e.g. sub-contractors).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant
7 - 10 Years’ Experience in preferably in Healthcare/Medical Devices or IT Solutions
In-depth knowledge and experience in hospital work-flow, client and stakeholder management required
PMP Certified is an advantage
Experience in Enterprise (Projects which consists in multiple sites, multiple modalities or solutions)
Experience in building and maintaining strong external and internal relationships is a must
Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present to multiple audiences
Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand image
