What you will do:
Recruiting, interviewing, checking reference checks, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for early talents and experienced hires
Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding recruiting practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making
Utilizing various tools such as the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles
Utilize innovative methods and leverage appropriate channels to source candidates, while maintaining low cost per hire
Shortlist and present quality candidate selection for hiring managers, based on your understanding of the business and hiring manager’s requirements
Attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential talent pipeline
Be the career ambassador for the Caterpillar employer brand and take charge in talent attraction initiatives for instance early careers and social media branding
What you will have:
Staffing and Recruiting:
Applies effective candidate selection techniques and active source for a specific recruiting task.
Participate or even lead talent acquisition projects to drive improvements / TA practices
Customer Focus:
Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal stakeholders and external candidates’ needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
Continuously drive recruiting excellence in terms of time to fill, candidate and hiring manager’s experiences.
Relationship Management:
Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, peers and fellow HR colleagues.
Values collaboration and teamwork within team and across Caterpillar communities
Recruiting Compliance:
- Follows Human Resources (HR) policies, privacy and standards during the candidate engagement throughout recruiting process
Top candidate should also have:
Strong background in talent acquisition, proactive sourcing and headhunting. In-house recruiting experience is preferred
Had worked in large multi-national companies; in highly matrix environment, across various geographies
Innovative and solution-driven
Flexibility to cater to varying time-zones occasionally
