ManpowerGroup Production Team Member - 1st and 3rd Shift - Sioux Center, IA in Sioux Center, Iowa

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator's assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

What is the job about?

  • Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.

  • Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.

  • Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements and procedures.

1st shift Days/Hours

  • $19.50/hour with $1000 sign on bonus

  • Monday to Friday

  • 7:00am to 3:10am

  • Overtime: up to 10 hr shift (7 a.m. - 5:10 p.m.), Saturdays as needed

3rd shift Days/Hours

  • $19.50/hour with $1000 sign on bonus

  • Monday to Thursday

  • 9:00pm to 7:10am

  • Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 of age or older.

  • Pass pre-employment tests, as required.

  • Pass pre-work ability screen, as required.
