Avera is currently seeking a highly motivated Director of Technical Services!

As Technical Services Director, establish, review and direct the implementation of operating policies, procedures, and plans for Avera Health IT Technology department in conjunction with the VP, IT Technology Services and other IT Directors.

Job Summary
As a key leader, this position directs and manages all aspects of the assigned Avera Health IT Technology department. This position will interact with the Avera Health Information Technology employees and staff at affiliated locations to provide support for overall Avera technology initiatives. This position provides support to the Avera executive management team as needed.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required or ability to obtain within 3 years, Master’s preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Certification in operating systems, NOS systems, and network infrastructure preferred.
