This position works out of our Sittingbourne location in the Nutrition Division. We have an exciting opportunity for Team Trainer to join us.

The Hospital2Home (H2H) Team Trainer will have responsibility for providing training to all new and existing team members. They will ensure that all team once signed off training and existing team are delivering are operating to the highest service levels and standards.

What You’ll Do

  • To manage the administrative recruitment and onboarding process for all new joiners

  • Deliver first day induction program.

  • Work to the H2H training program for all new recruits by delivering the full training within agreed timelines.

  • Present and deliver refresher training by holding regular workshops to all existing team.

  • Identify team training gaps and deliver training required.

  • Audit and monitor soft skills e.g., Telephone management of incoming and outgoing calls in line with the call monitoring process.

  • Monitor compliance wire to ensure all team have completed tasks and compliant within agreed timelines.

  • Deliver H2H presentations to visitors.

  • Attend and present at contract/new contract meetings in order to build and maintain relationships, add value and ensure consistency.

  • Assist in Coordinator duties as and when required, such as order placement, amendment processing, prescription management and dealing with patient and HCP queries.

  • To act as an ambassador & champion for the Hospital 2 Home service

  • Liaise with H2H Management and Leadership team to ensure the H2H service is aligned to contractual requirements and help deliver an optimal service.

  • Identify potential opportunities utilising feedback and process knowledge. Clarify and confirm policy and procedure, as and when required.

  • On-call Rota as required (paid as overtime)

  • To undertake any other duties that come within the remit of this post, or as directed by the Hospital2Home Operations Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Demonstrate positivity and motivation to team when implementing change to team or task.

  • Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and CRM system

  • Ability to prioritise workload to balance tasks and responsibilities.

  • Flexible attitude

  • Ability to share and distribute work tasks, using initiative and meeting set KPIs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills – with previous experience in dealing with different types of customers, both internal and external

  • Ability to produce high quality work with particular attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a very busy and varied environment - thinking ahead and prioritising.
