Role Purpose

As a Associate Project Manager you will maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the Professional Services workforce through optimized resource planning and proactive engagement with Project Managers to assist them in executing the requirements for Services delivery.

Work closely with the COCOE (Centre of Customer & Operational Excellence) team to design, define and deliver effective process improvements to ensure we are delivering excellence to our Customers.

Ensure the scheduling of the Services team is done in an efficient, commercially aware and fully reportable manner. Working closely with Team Leaders and Project Managers to align engineers and consultants to projects which are appropriate for their skill and role type. Prioritising bookings based upon revenue generating opportunities and ensure bookings are entered in such a way that COCOE can extract reportable data.
