Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Specialist, Medical Education Systems in Sleepy Hollow, New York

The Specialist, Medical Education Systems leverages an understanding of enterprise-level content management systems and web design to support administration of various web-based applications used by the Medical Education team and others responsible for educational funding within Regeneron. This position maintains platforms and creatively troubleshoots, with oversight, as part of a multifunctional team. In addition, it provides reporting services, including data intensive deliverables and audit readiness functions. The Systems Specialist is a subject matter expert, serving as a point of contact and technical resource for internal colleagues across the organization, as well as external vendors.

This position requires you to be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week at our Sleepy Hollow, NY office. A fully remote option is not available for this position.

As a Specialist in Medical Education, a typical day may include the following:

  • Manage ongoing system / technical initiatives to determine disposition and prioritize timelines and resources

  • Troubleshoot creatively with oversight from senior team members

  • Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and provide recommendations for future process & technology improvements

  • Collaborate with Internal and external stakeholders to develop specialized reports and queries that support educational funding from Regeneron

  • Act as the point of contact for Medical Education team and technical resources for internal and external system users

  • Foster and maintain compliant partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors as a resource on Regeneron education funding related systems, issues, and needs

To be considered Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus Minimum 3+ years’ experience in coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL). Competency with enterprise-level content management system. Competency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with a medical education/communications/agency and/or pharmaceutical setting a plus. Self-motivated to proactively seek out and participate in development/learning opportunities. Outstanding work ethic and integrity.

Salary Range (annually)

$69,300.00 - $112,900.00
