The Role:

As Quality Coordinator, you will be a member of the site quality team, with

responsibility for maintaining product and quality compliance within the Abbott

Carbury Point manufacturing environment.

Major Responsibilities

Reporting to the Quality Front Line Leader, your primary responsibilities are:

• In process and final sampling and testing of manufactured product

• Coordination of in-process work order file documentation

• Operation and maintenance of electronic document management system

• Provision of assistance to various functions on quality, technical,

documentation or other issues.

• Assistance with CAPA investigations and correction/corrective action plans.

• Assistance with internal and supplier audits

• Metric compilation and coordination

• Co-ordination of the retain sample and stability sample program

• Supporting laboratory activity where appropriately trained.

EHS Responsibilities:

• Ensure Environmental Health & Safety standards are met and all EHS

regulations and procedures are adhered to.

• Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and

compliance through active participation and support of Abbott’s EHS Program

• Ensure to report any work-related injuries or illness to employee health and

assist in the investigation.

• Active participation and support of Abbott’s EHS programs, and attend EHS

training as assigned.

Education Required:

• Leaving certificate / A-level education and at least 3 years of work experience.
