The Slough location is home to the UK Sales Organisation who work in conjunction with the Product Business Units to sell products to wide variety of customers.

We are seeking a Sales Support Assistant to support the Executive Assistant (EA) in our aspiration to free our sales team to sell, by reducing non-selling administrative activities

You will be working closely with the office-based team, field sales organisation, customers, business units and central teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and host sales and marketing events, ensuring seamless arrangements from venue selection to catering.

  • Serve as the central office liaison, enhancing meeting productivity and providing on-site support.

  • Assist with sales initiatives by managing pre-qualification documents and EHS compliance.

  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately and distributing messages promptly.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations through Egencia, and oversee company car fleet operations, including rentals and fuel cards.

  • Facilitate new employee integration, including vehicle management and office access.

  • Oversee office supplies, including ordering stationery and business cards from preferred vendors.

  • Support the Executive Assistant and manage customer billing documentation in Ariba/SAP.

  • Engage with and coordinate company community groups focused on inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in IT with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and SAP.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing routine tasks and addressing spontaneous needs effectively.

  • Outstanding communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective exchanges with team members and clients.

  • A collaborative spirit, complemented by a proactive and upbeat attitude, with a talent for planning and prioritization.
