As a Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will be direct and oversee activities of workers and subcontractors concerned with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects to ensure operational success in accordance with company, client, and industry standards. This position will coordinate and direct activities of the designated project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame. Critical for success are strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT IT TAKES:
High School Certificate
3-5 years of experience supervising HDD or related industry projects
Certifications in Drilling, Construction Management, Engineering, etc. (desired)
Must be eligible to work in Australia
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Valid drivers licence
