TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Solon, Ohio
TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work with a well-known insurance solutions company. If you have 1-3+ recent years of customer service/call center experience and are looking to continue your career at a great company - apply today!
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
Hybrid role: in office 3 days/remote 2 days (office is located in Solon, OH)
Job Description:
Interact with customers and clients via phone/email to request or provide insurance documents, proof of insurance, collect payment information, etc.
Will be speaking with insurance agents and carriers
Research required information using available resources and systems.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Process insurance documents and claims.
Identify and immediately service or escalate high-priority issues.
Respond to letters/calls pertaining to missing information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-3+ years of recent customer service/call center experience
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
