Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This role involves performing reactive and preventative maintenance on all equipment in the facility, including tanks, heat treat equipment, motors, ovens, and more. The primary focus will be on mechanical and fabrication tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing racks, facilities maintenance, and project-based work such as creating new racks or fixing offices. Additional duties may include plumbing, minor drywall repairs, and rebuilding pumps.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment including tanks, heat treat equipment, motors, ovens, etc.

  • Conduct mechanical and fabrication tasks to repair and maintain racks and other equipment.

  • Ensure the upkeep of the building through facilities maintenance tasks.

  • Undertake project-based work such as fabricating new racks or refurbishing offices.

  • Perform facilities work when necessary, including plumbing and minor drywall repairs.

  • Rebuild pumps as needed.

  • Previous experience in a finishing company
