Independently design, implements and complete stories on time. Effectively apply principles of object-oriented analysis and design, functional programming, and other best architectural practices in development. Write performance algorithms that do not introduce regressions. Solve bugs and complete stories in a reasonable amount of time. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve world class web applications and internal tools. Develop large, maintainable, software projects using a functional and object-oriented approach. Develop memory performant computer programs to ensure that programs do not crash due to poor use of computer resources. Identify, debug, and resolve issues with web performance. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Telecommuting is allowed.
