American Leak Detection, Inc Customer Service Representative in Southeast, Wisconsin

The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of Wisconsin is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments,  dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs and generating reports and invoices for the work performed out in the field. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the state.  Benefits for our Customer Service Reps (CSRs): * Paid time off * Ability to work remotely once training is completed * Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Customer Service Reps (CSR) Core Responsibilities: * Answering customer phone calls * Explaining our services to potential clients * Managing the customer experience * Scheduling of appointments * Dispatch, routing, scheduling of jobs for our technicians, and generating reports using our office software system * Shift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time (some flexibility of hours may be available) * Availability: General workday is Monday through Friday Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications: * Excellent customer service and telephone skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in the plumbing and pool industries - a plus but not required * Experience using QuickBooks is a plus but not required About American Leak Detection: American Leak Detection is the industry leader in accurate, non-destructive hidden water leak detection.
