Job Summary:

Panasonic is seeking an experienced Part-Time Leadership Coach to help leaders and teams improve organizational performance in measurable and sustainable ways. The role is mostly remote and involves some travel. You will work closely with senior leaders to optimize performance, design leadership development programs, and implement strategies to enhance business processes.

Essential Duties:

  • One-on-One Leadership Coaching: Provide tailored coaching sessions to senior leaders to help them achieve their performance and development goals.

  • Leadership Strength and Weakness Analysis: Identify leadership qualities and areas for improvement to enhance overall leadership effectiveness and performance.

  • Design and Facilitate Workshops: Create and deliver leadership workshops that align with the company’s goals and the needs of the leaders.

  • Data-Driven Organizational Improvement: Use data to assess and improve organizational structures, processes, and leadership approaches to optimize performance.

  • Strategic Guidance for Continuous Improvement: Offer strategic recommendations to foster continuous development and progress for leadership and the organization.

  • Reporting and Analytics on Coaching Impact: Analyze and report on the impact of coaching initiatives, using data to assess improvements in leadership performance and organizational outcomes.

  • Present and Share Findings: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations that share the findings of coaching interventions with key stakeholders, including leadership teams.

  • Identify Patterns and Best Interventions: Analyze coaching outcomes to identify leadership patterns, best practices, and the most effective interventions, providing data-driven recommendations for future coaching strategies.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

  • To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PENA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

Education:

  • Basic/Required: Organizational psychology degree or related business degree.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in psychology and business/management consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ICF certified coach - preferred

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry - preferred

  • Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Humility and high self-confidence to listen without ego, and advocacy for the important things. Positive energy.

  • Demonstrated comfort in multi-national environments.

  • Superb written and spoken communication. This role is a critical leadership role, with communications affecting a large organization.

  • Demonstrated excellence in investigatory elements of employee relations including having addressed concerns related to discrimination, compliance, safety, etc.

  • Flexibility – critical for a start-up environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Alignment to Panasonic’s seven (7) core principles (contribution to society, fairness and honesty, cooperation and team spirit, untiring effort for improvement, courtesy and humility, adaptability, gratitude)
