Quality Inspector 3rd Shift Location: Greer, SC Pay: $16/hr. Shift: 11PM-7:30AM Monday-Friday (Ability to work scheduled schifts to include weekends and overtime as required) -Will train on 1st Shift for 2 Weeks -Able to use calipers, micrometers or other measurement tools -Must have 2 References Readily Available

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on the production lines to ensure product is without defects

• Verify, using testing equipment such as calipers and micrometers, that the product specifications are within tolerances given by the customer

• Have the ability to read and understand drawings related to the different products being produced for the purpose of getting specifications and tolerances

• Record all findings in an Excel Spreadsheet and then send them to the main QC lab in Fontana, CA

• Ability to use Microsoft Office proficiently

• Able to use/read scales for the purpose of weighing the products being produced to ensure they are within customer tolerance

• Keep accurate records of all batches being run and also the ones that have been closed out

• Learn all of the production jobs on the line in the case QC is needed to assist in giving breaks or fill in due to absenteeism

• Understand the importance and purpose of GMP's (Good manufacturing Practices) within the facility

• Ability to lift products up to 50lbs.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
