Overview:

Under general supervision, this position performs tasks associated primarily preparing billing, balancing and creating accrual reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare billing; balancing; create accrual reports

  • Prepare payroll, including collecting and reviewing dailies, timesheets and entering time into timekeeping system

  • Input data into front end systems

  • Answer phones

  • Create PO’s and receipt material

  • Audit Dailies

  • Order office supplies

  • Filing as necessary; set up and maintain files

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clerical position. High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Needs the ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively; and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff.

  • This position requires the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines.
