Description Senior Executive Assistant - Administration WAMT Department at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing ongoing administrative, planning and executive support of a highly complex and confidential nature for a division executive. The position assists in meeting specialized goals, and contributes to the achievement of the organization's vision, mission and strategic objectives by providing special project and executive support to a position of significant leadership within the Providence system. The activities of this position include supporting an executive(s) by managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters. Shift Details: Full Time, Day Shift Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in English, Liberal Arts, or related subject or equivalent education/experience Graduation from a technical program in secretarial or office support services or equivalent education/experience 5 years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives such as, CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CHRO, etc. Comprehensive experience with calendar management for multiple executives Experience with travel booking for multiple executives Why Join Providence?
