SPRINGFIELD Business/IT Relationship Manager Our client, a large non-profit mental health and human services organization in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Business/IT Relationship Manager who will report to the CIO and will ensure that IT delivers projects that match operational expectations, works to ensure excellent relationships are built, aids in communication, workflow evaluation and that items are being delivered on time / to specification. The Business/IT Relationship Manager analyses requests, translating business needs into technical terms. They develop business cases, understands the value, and communicates cost benefit analysis. They also assist in project sponsorship to build solid business cases. This role also helps build a prioritized roadmap and generates a delivery calendar. During the build phase, demo and collect feedback. Map requirements to match the original goals. Measures satisfaction and use metrics. Measure version fallout, root causes and plan warranty remediation. Readout to management on project\'s success. Sponsors phase 2 to achieve satisfaction. Advocates workflow efficiency and workflow streamlining. Review business requests and provide analysis on potential different solutions. Implement \"Preventative measures\" - like dashboards / Checklists ensuring regulatory compliance. Helps to establish metrics, and KPIs. Review operations business needs and requirements to ensure that the end user gets maximum satisfaction from IT\'s project. Observes current workflow issues to assist in ideation of future projects. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction. Work with internal departments to ensure software delivery meets clients\' expectations. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in IT or Related fields. 5+ years of experience as a PM, BA or Scrum Master with certification/s. Ability to build a project roadmap. Understands requirements matrix. Can generate a CBA. Excellent negotiation skills. Good communication skills. Healthcare / HIPPA knowledge
