Springfield Tennessee

These positions pay $35-40+/hr DOE Direct Hire with Excellent Benefits

5K Relocation package is available.

We have these shifts available:

  • 3 rd Shift – 9pm to 5:30am

  • Weekends – 6am to 6pm Fri/Sat/Sun

What will you be doing?

  • Independently set up and operate precision machines under limited supervision, including CNC, EDM, Lathe, Milling Machine, Band Saw, and Shear

  • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve machining or assembly problems

  • Craft engineered prototype parts and precision tools such as jigs, molds, and dies

  • Utilize computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines, requiring a solid background in various technical and IT processes

  • Support lean (EMS/EPS) plan and activities within the maintenance area

  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair dies/molds

  • Maintain continuous efforts to minimize scrap, rework, and control costs of expendables and products

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a tool and die role

  • Proficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work.
