How you'll create opportunities in this Experienced Tax Associate role: Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance. Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed. Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns. Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers. Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results. What you will need: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have at least one year of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm. You are looking for a firm that will support and foster your aspiring career goals. You jump at the chance to help others and you're ready to join a team of high-performing people. You have a knack for solving issues and confidently bring solutions to the table. You love to work with clients' to help their businesses succeed strategically. You are hopeful to earn your CPA license now or in the future.
