Our community consists of 101 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care units, featuring the Dimensions program.

Ebenezer is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living building in St. Cloud, MN!

This nursing schedules include;

• 80 hours every two weeks, part-time

• Evening shift

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

• Provides professional nursing cares and treatments

• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff

• Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Required:

• MN LPN licensure

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

• Able to work independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred :

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
