SAIC Purchase Requisition Coordinator in ST. INIGOES, Maryland
SAIC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented N-ERP Purchase Requisition Coordinator to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD.
Provide analysis and validation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) requests to ensure adherence to Air Traffic Control Systems Division, Comptroller, and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field processes and guidance. Utilize funding and contracts information provided by team analysts to draft and route PRs in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) ensuring accuracy of information entered. Utilize Microsoft Excel or other tools to maintain reports and spreadsheets tracking transaction status. Track procurement status from initiation through receipt, relaying status to customers and assisting with issue resolution, as appropriate. Maintain associated files and documentation on Microsoft SharePoint.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a business functional area and at least three (3) years of experience in financial analysis with U.S. Navy or other DoD programs.
Associate's degree from an accredited university in a business functional area and at least six (6) years of experience in financial analysis with U.S. Navy or other DoD programs. Or High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years in financial analysis with U.S. Navy or other DoD programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. At least two (2) years of N-ERP experience is required. Experience applying funding for contracts with commercial vendors, via a Command Standard Procurement System (ZSPS) Purchase Requisition, is strongly desired. Candidate should have strong organizational skills; a focus on customer service; strong attention to detail; the ability to multi-task; proficient written and verbal communication skills; the ability to follow and ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures; and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and teammates at all levels of the organization.
An active secret security clearance is required.
