POSITION SUMMARY

The main function of the Service Express Supervisor is to support the departmental manager/ assistant manager with the supervision of the overall operation of the Service Express Department including the call centre, room service/in-room dining, the Business Centre, doormen and telecommunications.

The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming calls and requests are attended to in a way that exceeds guests’ expectations; whilst ensuring that all operational standards are met. S/he will also take personal responsibility for solving guests’ issues and challenges.

Requirements for this role:

  • Having an outgoing personality

  • Fluency in English and in other European languages

  • Having a minimum of one year work experience in a supervisory role; in food & beverage or in guest service areas

  • Availability to work different shifts including weekends and public holidays
