What you'll do:

Summary:

In your role as IT Technology Services Expert (f/m/d), you will manage the full lifecycle of projects with a high impact on our customers maturity level by closely collaborating with various stakeholders and making sure timelines are met.

You are enabling the delivery of robust, downtime optimized and highly automated lifecycle management activities operated within Enterprise Cloud Services.

You will take ownership of integration scenarios and operational processes considering accelerated growth (RISE with SAP). Focus of your activities will be increasing automation in RISE System Provisioning and integration scenarios along with stabilization improvements to help Operations to reduce manual effort and cost structure (lower TCO) and deliver faster services to our customers.

The Role:

• Contribute to cloud-like innovation, standardized provisioning and maintenance activities for seamless customer experience, ideally hands-on experience for system provisioning

• Optimize and stabilize NetWeaver lifecycle management procedures in a pro-active way leveraging analytical tools and capabilities

• Create and align test plans, support and perform testing/validation and roll-out activities

• Manage relationships between different stakeholder groups (internal and external)

• You will take end-to-end ownership of customer service request fulfillment in the NetWeaver area considering accelerated growth

• The focus of your activities will be to increase service excellence along with stabilization improvements to help operations to reduce manual efforts and cost and deliver faster services to our customers meeting their needs and expectations.

• Structure and coordinate activities and action plans including requirements engineering and prioritization, and create aligned timelines for deliverables.

What you bring

• Professional experience as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation & migration projects or as technical project lead with customer interaction.

• Professional experience in Cloud infrastructure, system administration or as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation & migration projects.

• Strong SAP BASIS and system operations know-how, ideally in multi-cloud environment.

• Best practices experience in an SAP application / technology / solution (NetWeaver). Knowledge in design and structuring of integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedures

• Extensive experience as a technical/basis consultant, technical project manager, or in SAP Basis operations

• Knowledge in design and structuring of integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedures

• Project management skills

• Strong SAP BASIS and system operations knowledge ideally in a multi-cloud environment would be preferred

• Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)

• Experience in S/4 Private Cloud Edition (PCE) side by side scenarios in which S/4 interacts with BTP applications

• Fluency both written and spoken in English and German
